What is the competition?ما هي المسابقة؟
The Free Umrah Competition is a quiz inside the official Nusuk app. You answer questions, and each correct answer enters you into a draw. Prizes have included Umrah trips and Zamzam water.
مسابقة العمرة المجانية هي مسابقة أسئلة داخل تطبيق نسك الرسمي. تجيب على الأسئلة، وكل إجابة صحيحة تدخلك في سحب. شملت الجوائز رحلات عمرة وماء زمزم.
The dates, prizes and who can take part are set by Nusuk and can change, so always check the competition terms inside the app.
مواعيد المسابقة وجوائزها وشروط المشاركة تحددها نسك وقد تتغير، لذلك راجع شروط المسابقة داخل التطبيق دائمًا.
What is a key?ما هو المفتاح؟
- One key lets you answer one question.المفتاح الواحد يتيح لك الإجابة على سؤال واحد.
- Everyone gets one free key a day. Use it the same day.يحصل الجميع على مفتاح مجاني يوميًا. استخدمه في نفس اليوم.
- You get an extra key each time you use someone's invite code, and each time someone uses yours.تحصل على مفتاح إضافي كلما استخدمت كود دعوة لشخص آخر، وكلما استخدم أحد كودك.
- More keys means more questions, and more chances in the draw.مفاتيح أكثر تعني أسئلة أكثر وفرصًا أكبر في السحب.
How to take partطريقة المشاركة
- Install or update the Nusuk app and sign in.ثبّت تطبيق نسك أو حدّثه وسجّل الدخول.
- Open the competition from the banner on the Home screen and tap Start the challenge.افتح المسابقة من البانر في الشاشة الرئيسية واضغط ابدأ التحدي.
- Use your free key to open a question and pick your answer.استخدم مفتاحك المجاني لفتح سؤال واختر إجابتك.
- A correct answer enters you into the draw.الإجابة الصحيحة تدخلك في السحب.
- Go to the Keys page and add invite codes (they start with NG-) to get more keys.اذهب إلى صفحة المفاتيح وأضف أكواد الدعوة (تبدأ بـ NG-) لتحصل على مفاتيح أكثر.
Getting extra keys fastالحصول على مفاتيح إضافية بسرعة
Every Nusuk account has its own invite code. Two people can swap codes only once, so the trick is to swap with many different people. That is what Miftah is for.
لكل حساب في نسك كود دعوة خاص به. يمكن لكل شخصين تبادل الأكواد مرة واحدة فقط، لذلك السر هو التبادل مع أشخاص كثيرين مختلفين. وهذا هو هدف مفتاح.
- On the home page, tap Open in Nusuk. The code is filled in for you. Tap Check the code, then come back for the next one.في الصفحة الرئيسية اضغط افتح في نسك، وسيُكتب الكود تلقائيًا. اضغط تحقق من الكود ثم ارجع للكود التالي.
- Share your own code on Miftah. Every person who uses it gives you a key too.شارك كودك في مفتاح. كل شخص يستخدمه يمنحك مفتاحًا أيضًا.
Where is my invite code?أين أجد كود الدعوة الخاص بي؟
- In Nusuk, tap Start the challenge.في نسك، اضغط ابدأ التحدي.
- Tap Share in the bottom menu. Your invite message opens with your code inside.اضغط مشاركة في القائمة السفلية. ستظهر رسالة الدعوة وبداخلها كودك.
- Copy the whole message and paste it on Miftah. We pick out the NG- code for you.انسخ الرسالة كاملة والصقها في مفتاح، وسنستخرج كود NG- تلقائيًا.

You and that person already swapped once. Tap Next on Miftah and try another code.تبادلت مع هذا الشخص من قبل. اضغط التالي في مفتاح وجرّب كودًا آخر.
Open in Nusuk opens the app but the code is emptyزر «افتح في نسك» يفتح التطبيق لكن الكود فارغ
The code is copied too. Paste it into the "Add code to get new key" box. It also helps to open Nusuk on the challenge page first, then come back and tap Open in Nusuk.الكود منسوخ أيضًا. الصقه في خانة «أضف كود للحصول على مفتاح جديد». ويساعد أيضًا فتح نسك على صفحة التحدي أولًا، ثم الرجوع والضغط على «افتح في نسك».
Open in Nusuk doesn't open the app«افتح في نسك» لا يفتح التطبيق
Update the Nusuk app, open the page in Safari or Chrome rather than inside WhatsApp or Instagram, or use Copy and paste the code yourself.حدّث تطبيق نسك، وافتح الصفحة في Safari أو Chrome بدل فتحها داخل واتساب أو إنستغرام، أو استخدم نسخ والصق الكود بنفسك.
A code didn't work at allكود لم يعمل نهائيًا
Tap "Didn't work" on Miftah. Codes that several people report are hidden automatically.اضغط «لم يعمل» في مفتاح. الأكواد التي يبلغ عنها عدة أشخاص تُخفى تلقائيًا.
Stay safeاحمِ نفسك
- Enter codes only inside the official Nusuk app.أدخل الأكواد داخل تطبيق نسك الرسمي فقط.
- Never give your Nusuk password or a verification code to any website, group or person.لا تعطِ كلمة مرور نسك أو رمز التحقق لأي موقع أو مجموعة أو شخص.
- Nobody can sell you a guaranteed win. Prizes are only given through Nusuk.لا أحد يستطيع أن يبيعك فوزًا مضمونًا. الجوائز تُمنح عن طريق نسك فقط.
